01Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by mbi game through mbigame.com or its related applications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between you as an individual user ("Player") and mbi game as the platform operator ("Platform"). This agreement takes effect from the date you register an account or the date you first use any mbi game service, whichever is earlier.

Mbi game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any published changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

02Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use mbi game's services, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years of age on the date of registration. mbi game enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.
• Be a resident of Malaysia or hold valid authorisation to use such online services.
• Have never been banned or suspended from using the mbi game platform previously.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full name, identity card number, phone number, and active email address.
• Only register and maintain one account only. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms.

Mbi game reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

03Deposits & Payment Methods

Mbi game supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods for the convenience of our players. All deposit transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

Players are fully responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from a legitimate source and belong to themselves. mbi game does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit suspected of originating from illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Mbi game does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may impose their own fees or limits, which are beyond mbi game's control.

04Withdrawal of Funds

Players may submit withdrawal requests through the mbi game account control panel at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, in order to prevent money laundering.
• All wagering requirements for claimed bonuses must be fully met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• The identity verification (KYC) process must be completed before your first withdrawal can be approved.

Withdrawal processing times by VIP tier are as follows: Standard Members within 24 hours; Silver Members within 12 hours; Gold Members within 6 hours; Platinum Members within 2 hours; Diamond and Elite Members within 30 minutes.

05Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

Mbi game offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. The general conditions that apply to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted. The standard wagering requirement is between 10x and 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members who have not previously registered an account with mbi game.
• Mbi game reserves the right to cancel any bonus if misuse or fraud is suspected in claiming a promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and hold no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully met.

The mbi game VIP Rewards Programme operates separately from standard promotions. Reward points accumulated under the VIP programme are valid for 12 months from the date of earning. Expired points cannot be restored.

06Game Rules

All games available on the mbi game platform — including slots, blackjack, poker, baccarat, roulette, Live Casino, and Sports Betting — are governed by their respective game rules published on the platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before playing.

• Game results generated by the Random Number Generator (RNG) system are final and cannot be disputed.
• For Sports Betting, the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are final. Any change in odds after a bet is confirmed will not affect existing bets.
• Any technical disruption during gameplay will be resolved in accordance with mbi game's technical resolution policy. mbi game reserves the right to void affected games and refund bets where necessary.
• Using third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in any game is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

For Sports Betting involving the Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, e-sports, and other sports, mbi game reserves the right to suspend or void bets if a match is postponed, cancelled, or played under exceptional circumstances.

07Permitted Player Conduct

Mbi game players are required to conduct themselves in a responsible, respectful, and honest manner at all times while using the platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of fraud, system manipulation, or exploitation of technical vulnerabilities on the platform for financial gain.
• Money laundering through inconsistent or suspicious deposit and withdrawal activity.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or anonymising technology to access the platform from a restricted country or region.
• Sharing your login credentials, password, or account details with any other party.
• Using offensive language, making threats, or harassing mbi game staff or other players.
• Any action intended to damage the reputation, operations, or systems of mbi game.

Mbi game employs a sophisticated automated monitoring system to detect suspicious activity. If your account is identified as being involved in any activity that breaches these terms, mbi game reserves the right to take immediate action, including temporary account suspension or permanent termination.

08Account Termination & Suspension

Mbi game reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to pass the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• A self-initiated request by the player for account closure or self-exclusion.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or law enforcement bodies.

Players may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the mbi game customer support team. Any valid balance in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the player once all reviews are completed, unless the account was terminated due to a breach of terms.

09mbi game's Liability Limit

Mbi game provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, we make no guarantee that it will be free from interruptions, errors, or viruses at all times.

Mbi game shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by scheduled or unplanned system maintenance.
• Technical failures on the part of your internet service provider or third-party services.
• Actions or omissions by the player that are in breach of these terms.
• Financial losses arising from betting activities are the result of the player's own free choice.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your account security.

Under no circumstances shall mbi game's maximum liability to any player exceed the net deposit amount made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Terms Amendments & Governing Law

Mbi game reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Players agree to resolve any disputes through mbi game's official channels before pursuing any legal action.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
